About the MyOffice Project

I have designed a website for a fictitious business that rents office space on a short-term basis to individuals who need a place to work or collaborate as a team, but don’t need the space every day of the week. This new company, called MyOffice, helps answer the “where do you work” question for those who can work anywhere.

This website advertises an office space rental company that rents individual offices or collaborative meeting/training rooms to business professionals on a daily or hourly basis. The site publicizes this new local business and advertises different ways to use the business. The site highlights the availability of such spaces, showcases some of the unique features of the spaces, and encourages people to request possible scheduling and availability information.

Starbucks is not the right place to host a professional, collaborative meeting nor is it a good place to spend time focusing on a complex problem, yet frequently work-from-home employees or professionals that travel as their job are found in the corner of a Starbucks with their laptop and headset trying to conduct business while others are ordering lattes. This website will create a web presence for this company, illustrate the need, and offer a solution.
